When Fairfax decided to list Trade Me on the stock exchange, they turned to the ‘go to’ company for these things. With experience of IPOs going right back to the original TV3 in 1989, we brought total risk avoidance to the table, a seamless process, and the creative ability to bring a brand to life accurately even through the most prosaic of documents.
Somehow, introducing photography into the Investment Statement/Prospectus seemed off-brand. So we elected to tell the investment story through the illustrated Kiwi character that was the visual icon for the brand.
