Mason's experience delivering quality print solutions has earned him many accolades over the 15+ years in the design & print industry. Possessing a meticulous eye for detail and an unwavering standard of quality has delivered many industry awards during his career. More recently Mason has been continuously selected by industry peers to join the yearly judging panels of 'Pride in Print' - the only representative of a non-printing company to do so. In addition to his own pride in print, Mason also delivers the same high standards in the client services arena across many of Insight's clients.

Enjoying the variety of print and digital at Insight, Fran is in her final year at Massey University studying Visual Communication Design. German born, Fran loves collaborating and working with people who inspire her. She has particularly enjoyed working on audience-led strategic thinking and a really creative approach to design at Insight. Having now worked in design studios locally and overseas while studying she has developed a passion for exploring typography.

Having started her career in sales administration, she is in her final year of study with aspirations of becoming a Chartered Accountant. Jo has been delivering successful projects for the design and advertising industry for most of her career and has played a key role in the high standards surrounding the Insight production team for the last 6+ years. She is fast, accurate, and has a keen eye for detail - all underpinned with strong organisational skills. Not content with just Photoshop mastery, Jo has more recently turned her attention towards delivering digital solutions via a new suite of tools.

Anna is a talented junior designer. With a Masters in Sociology, she decided to combine print and digital design with what she has discovered about people. Originally from Poland, Anna has developed her design skills in London and has now made Wellington her home. Anna is passionate about creating powerful design that is engaging and brings strong digital skills from her last two years at luxury beauty brand Perricone MD. Anna is a keen swimmer and loves all things outdoors. After watching NZ beat France in Cardiff during the 2015 World Cup, and marrying a Kiwi, she's now proudly a supporter of the All Blacks.

With origins in the film industry, Megan also enjoys coordinating the Christmas bash to standards that would make most red carpet events pale.

Wide-eyed, she awaits what learning opportunities present themselves at Insight, and what life after university will bring once she truly steps into our world of design.

Suzy hails from the winterless north. She came to Auckland to hone her skills in Art & Design and ending up making the world of digital her home, immersing herself in developing effective user experiences, social media campaigns, website re-designs and various app builds for some of New Zealand’s biggest brands. Suzy has an empathic curiosity, is intrigued by human behaviour, believing good design emphasises the usefulness of a product. Outside work you’ll find her taking charge on the soccer field, hiking, cycling or charging up Ninety Mile Beach on horseback.

Laura is a digital specialist with over seven years’experience in boutique digital, as well as larger integrated communications, agencies as a designer and front end developer. This background has enabled Laura to bring a unique skill set to the role of digital producer, allowing her to take charge and lead projects in the right direction with an in-depth understanding of a project’s creative and technical milestones. Laura also runs a teaching initiative that provides courses in HTML/CSS and other digital languages to teach and upskill others in the digital community.
